Robert Fischer

Robert is a Senior Programme Manager at Interval, delivering major transformation programmes for clients across Germany and EMEA. In addition to leading complex client engagements, Robert plays a key role in driving internal initiatives and contributing to the development of Interval’s programme and transformation practice.

Robert brings extensive experience in leading large scale, multi-workstream programmes across technology, operations and organisational transformation. He has successfully managed cross-functional teams in international environments, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. Robert is highly skilled in programme governance, stakeholder management and execution within fast-paced and highly regulated enterprise contexts. He is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and French, enabling him to operate effectively across diverse, multinational environments.

He has a strong track record of helping organisations navigate complex change, improve operational performance and deliver sustainable transformation. His structured approach, combined with a pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset, enables clients to realise tangible value while managing risk and complexity effectively.
