A leading German insurer needed to rapidly scale IT capabilities for a major transformation programme. Situation


One of Germany’s oldest and most respected insurers, serving over 650,000 customers and employs more than 1,000 staff across the country, needed Recruitment support.

As part of a major IT governance, security, and service management transformation programme, the company needed to rapidly scale its internal IT capabilities. This required the recruitment of highly skilled freelance and permanent professionals across multiple specialist areas, including IT security, governance, service management and architecture.

The new hires were critical to support digital transformation initiatives and prepare for upcoming regulatory changes, including stricter IT security and compliance requirements in the insurance sector.

Candidates needed to be not only highly skilled but also fluent in German and based locally or willing to travel to client site. This was essential to ensure seamless integration with the company’s internal processes, systems, documentation and regular on-site presence.
